What is Metis Studio?
Metis Studio is Metis Creative AI’s own film pipeline, run in-house since September 2026. We use it to make brand films that establish who a company is, and short videos with AI-generated presenters for a brand’s own channels, including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
Metis Avatar is our patented conversational AI product for rehearsal; Metis Studio is our in-house film production pipeline.
The creative work comes first: what the audience needs to believe, the argument the film makes, and the script. The pipeline supports that direction by selecting generation models for individual shots. Metis Studio is delivered through the Metis team; contact us to discuss a film rather than creating a public self-service account.
Which kind of film do I need?
A brand film introduces the company, its audience and its position. A Chinese company entering Britain may need to explain itself to people who have never encountered it at home. The story has to make sense to that audience.
An AI-presenter video gives a short product message a visible speaker. It can form part of a series of creative variants for the brand’s own channels. The presenters in our public examples are AI-generated characters. They are not evidence of a human influencer’s recommendation.
What does a brand film cost?
Standalone brand films start at £3,500, excluding VAT. The starting brief covers one audience and an agreed creative direction, script and storyboard, a film of up to 90 seconds in one language, one master and two short cutdowns derived from it, and two consolidated review rounds.
We confirm the scope and fixed fee in your proposal before production. Bespoke creative treatments, additional languages and more complex production are quoted to the brief. The Duan & Duan film below is a bespoke creative example; its treatment and bilingual scope are not the starting package.
If you need positioning and narrative development as part of market entry, Story starts at £7,500. It includes a film scoped within that wider engagement. We quote the work together so the same production is not charged twice.
What should an AI brand-film brief include?
- The audience and market. Who will watch, in which language, and how much do they already know about the company?
- The message. What should they understand or believe after watching?
- The evidence and assets. Bring approved product facts, brand materials and any footage you want included.
- The format. Specify the channel, aspect ratio, approximate length and the action the viewer should take.
- The review process. Agree who approves the script, creative direction and final film before production begins.
We work through the brief with you and scope the production before starting. The relevant question is which film the audience needs, rather than which generation model happens to be available.
Public work you can watch
Eleven Oasis: two AI-presenter videos
A US menswear brand for big and tall men. The public examples are a 30-second and a 16-second video, with script, AI-generated presenter and cuts made on Metis Studio. Watch the films and read the project.
Duan & Duan UK: a bilingual brand film
Metis Studio produced this 92-second film in-house with the Metis team. We developed the chess-led creative treatment, rebalanced the story and wrote the voiceover in English and Chinese. It is a bespoke brand-film example. Watch the film and read the project.
Do you also run our advertising accounts?
Metis makes the creative. The videos are for the brand’s own channels; we do not run clients’ advertising accounts or shops. If the brief involves testing variants, agree the publication and measurement process with the team responsible for those channels.
How does film fit into market entry?
The film carries the position you want the new audience to understand. Our founders connect the creative to the wider UK–China market-entry work: localisation, conversation rehearsal, partner checks and introductions. Metis Avatar helps the team practise the conversation that follows the film.
